Year in Overview

2021 is finally here and what a sense of fresh air it feels like. This year is shaping out to be an optimistic one; Vaccine rollouts are ramping up, the overall stock market has been setting all time highs yet again despite the economy not showing such a fast recovery, and my portfolio continues to do well receiving dividends plus market appreciation. The first quarter of 2021 is officially over! Things are still looking very positive although many are projecting a stock market crash as well as a crypto crash for 2022. Trade and invest safe you guys!

Guys! So we're half way through the year. It's currently almost the middle of June. The portfolio has amassed, so far, a total of $83.27 in dividends. Compared to 2020's $56.46, that is a near 32% increase from ALL of 2020 combined and we're only HALF way through 2021. I am like.... WOW, I literally can't believe it. I'm very excited to see where my portfolio will end up by the end of year.

Third quarter of 2021 is just about to end and I honestly have to take a second to laugh. At the start of September now and we've almost doubled that $83.27 mid-year dividend mark. Portfolio crossed over the 10K mark the month right after June and hit 12K last month in August. The significance of that is big because I invest 500 dollars a month give or take, equates to 6K a year. Being as 2021 will be my second year investing, hitting the 12K mark before the year end is really an awesome goal to hit. It's been a great third quarter for my portfolio but, as always, bad news is always looming across the horizon. Talks of a market retraction are still out there in full swing. 2022 is looking to be a dangerous year to invest. 

Fourth was on the way but I took a long extensive break from updating this website. For more of my thoughts (only) skip to 2023. All other data will be  inputted for the year of 2022 & 2023, as well as the remainder of 2021.
