Hello everyone and Happy New Years! It's been one full year since I started this journey and I won't lie, It's going very very well so far. The portfolio is very much in profit and dividends keep coming in. Speaking of dividends, Store Capital Corp (STOR) is back once again breaking the tie with AT&T (T) and setting a new record for the highest dividend coming in at a whopping $2.34. Lately, I've been really setting my eyes on HP Inc (HPQ) and Procter & Gamble Co. (PG). They both have a long history of consistently paying out as well as raising their dividends. I think they'd be a fantastic addition to the portfolio, I'm just not sure when I'll be adding them in. Outside of the portfolio, Gamestop Corporation - Class A (GME) has been on fire lately as reditors go head to head with Wall Street. I'm personally going to be staying away from that nonsense. I don't think I'm in the right position to get involved in that. If I really wanted to make risky investments, I'd rather be in the crypto space to be honest. Aside from that, alot of political stuff happened this month. I don't much like sharing my opinion on politcal stuff so I think I'll be staying out. To finish off, I'm very optimistic this year. I hope that we finally start getting back on track with things. I want to see growth this year and I hope that whoever is reading this also wants to see growth for themselves. Here's to a great year!
